This policy explains what ScrapperClaw accesses, how data is used, and how we handle information collected through the website and Chrome extension.
What we access
The extension reads the content of map search result pages you run and the business websites linked from those results. It may collect business names, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, website URLs, and publicly available email addresses discovered during enrichment.
How we use it
Collected data is used only to build your lead lists, power dashboard history, and produce CSV exports. We do not sell your lead data.
Account data
When you sign in, we store the minimum session data needed to keep the website and extension connected to your account.
Storage and retention
Search history and saved leads are stored in our database so you can revisit past results. Data remains available until you delete it or request removal.
Sharing
We do not share your account data or lead lists with third parties, except service providers that help us operate the product (hosting, authentication, database infrastructure).
Extension permissions
The extension requests browser permissions only to: open and read search result pages you run, fetch business websites for email enrichment, read your authentication cookie for sign-in continuity, and download CSVs you initiate.
